The future of youthful skin relies on the Rejuva Pen. Rejuvenate at Perfection. Rejuva Pen is a tool that utilizes nine precisely spaced micro needles to create invisible, vertical micro perforations into the epidermis and top layer of the dermis; as a result, this painless, little downtime treatment provides exceptional results!
What is Microneedling or AKA Collagen Induction Therapy?
Rejuva Pen creates micro-injuries, triggering the body to create healthy, new, collagen-rich tissue. This is one of my go-to treatments because it produces such great results with little downtime! This technique uses your OWN body mechanics to create new youthful skin.
What Are the Benefits to Micro Needling?
The purpose of Rejuva Pen treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Collagen induction therapy is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores, improving conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues.Â
Does it Hurt?
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being painful, it's honestly a 2 or 3. It's quick little tings are over in seconds. It looks more painful than it is. I do it to myself if that helps. Most people feel little to no pain, and your face will be numbed with a lidocaine cream for 30 minutes prior to treatment.
Is there downtime?
Your face will be red on the first day of the treatment and a little bit pink and flaky for the next 2-3 days. You will want to avoid sweating and makeup the day of and the day after the treatment.
How many treatments?
I typically recommend a series of 3 treatments spread four weeks apart, although acne scars will require more sessions. In a perfect world, I would have everyone do 3-4 treatments a year for maintenance. I personally do a series of 3 each year, then follow up with a session quarterly.
How much is it?
Because I believe great skincare should be affordable, I charge $250, which includes the neck, and offer a 20% discount on pre-bought packages of 4!
