Spring Skincare Reset
Spring is one of my favorite times of year. The weather starts warming up, but we still get to enjoy those cool mornings and beautiful evenings. The days feel a little longer, everything starts coming back to life, and it’s the perfect time for a seasonal reset — especially for your skin.
This time of year can be a little tricky. While I try to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and focusing on an antioxidant-rich diet (blueberries always seem to make my skin glow), the changing season can still cause a little havoc. As temperatures rise, the skin underneath begins to warm up and oil production starts to increase — but that dry winter skin is often still sitting on the surface.
That’s why spring is such a great time to rebalance your skincare routine.
At home, this is the season to gently increase exfoliation, helping to sweep away dull, dry winter skin so your products can work more effectively. It’s also the perfect time to incorporate serums that help rebuild the skin barrier while supporting a healthy balance as oil production begins to pick up.
Spring is also ideal for advanced skincare treatments. With a little time left before summer schedules fill up with vacations, pool days, and nonstop sun exposure, now is a wonderful window for rejuvenation.
Treatments like the Aura Peel are great this time of year to brighten, firm, and lift away that dull winter buildup before the summer sun becomes too intense. Microneedling is another beautiful seasonal option — a quick and effective rejuvenation treatment that works beneath the surface to support collagen production, tighten the skin, and strengthen its internal structure.
And of course, a Wellness Facial is always a great idea. A light dermaplane paired with microcurrent helps remove peach fuzz and dead skin while restoring tone and support to the facial muscles. It’s a refreshing and powerful way to give your skin that seasonal glow-up.
Spring is also a smart time to take a fresh look at your home skincare routine. What worked during the dry winter months may need a few adjustments for the warmer season ahead.

Here’s to fresh skin, renewed glow, and stepping into the new season feeling your best.
